Summary: Use Teamsterx responsibly for legitimate business purposes. Don't misuse the platform or other users' data. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Teamsterx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including team owners, admins, and members.

2. Description of Service

Teamsterx is an internal business collaboration platform that provides tools including task management, document editing, spreadsheets, calendar, chat, financial tracking, and related features. The Service is intended for professional and business use within teams.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use Teamsterx, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying your team owner or admin immediately of any unauthorized account access.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Team Workspaces

Teamsterx is organized around teams. When you create or join a team:

Team Owners have full administrative control and are responsible for managing their team's members, data, and compliance with these Terms.
Team Admins can manage members and content on behalf of the owner.
Members may create and collaborate on content within the permissions granted by the Owner or Admins.

Team content (tasks, documents, financial data, etc.) is accessible to all team members unless explicitly marked as Private.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Teamsterx only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service to transmit or store illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or the underlying infrastructure.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Use the Service to store or transmit malware or other malicious code.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Teamsterx (tasks, documents, chat messages, financial entries, etc.) ("Your Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you and your team.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. We do not monitor or review user-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

The Teamsterx name, logo, interface design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Teamsterx and its creators. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

9. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Teamsterx available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
Perform maintenance that may result in temporary downtime.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact your team owner or administrator.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Content associated with your account may be retained by the team as permitted by the team owner.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teamsterx and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local law.
